Poached Eggs on Toast



Runny egg yolk is always fun to photograph, but you have to be quick in doing it. I usually use a trigger and set my camera on continuous shooting mode, in order to capture as many shots as I can of the runny egg yolk.  I didn't have to do too much editing either, just a little bit of color enhancing and cropping (I always crop my photos). And because yellow goes well with blue, at least in food photography, I transformed the temperature of my background into a colder one, therefore the bluish color.
